Flat to Flat

Something out of the ordinary has occurred at SOBS. We're converting a semi detached dwelling into flats! We completely gutted out the property and are spending the time putting it all back together again as 3 separate properties.

We've secured the site by putting up fencing and are in the midst of doing a full scale renovation. We're excited to see the outcome and will showcase the results on our 'Project' tab when it's complete.
