We confirm that we employed South Oxford Building Services, under the leadership of Marc Powell to complete our extensive remodelling works.

The Old Vicarage is 400 years old, grade 2 listed and has been extensively modified and adapted over the years.  Marc and his team worked with us over a period of about eighteen months in total to complete the following:-

• Demolition of outbuildings and reconstruction of a two storey side extension.

• Demolition of rear kitchen and reconstruction of a new Orangery as a kitchen /family room.

• Extensive remodelling and upgrading of existing three storey, split level house.

• Provision of new plumbing and electrics.

• Painting & Decorating (internally and externally).

• Remodelling of garage and cart shed.
